رابطه بین سقف شیشه ای با احساس توانمندی کارکنان زن دانشگاه

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین رابطه سقف شیشه ای با  احساس توانمندی کارکنان زن دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان (خوراسگان) بود.  پژوهش به روش همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان زن دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان (خوراسگان) که شامل 110 نفر بودند.حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 75 نفر بر آورد گردید که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه های توانمند سازی اسپریتزر (1995) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سقف شیشه ای بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 82/0، 84/0 برآورد گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه گام به گام) انجام شد.  نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین سقف شیشه ای با احساس توانمند سازی و مولفه های آن استقلال، موثر بودن  و اعتماد رابطه معنا داری وجود داشت. بین موانع فردی از سقف شیشه ای و مولفه شایستگی از احساس توانمندی، موانع خانوادگی با احساس توانمندی و مؤلفه ی شایستگی، موانع فرهنگی و مولفه اعتماد، موانع اجتماعی با احساس توانمندی و مولفه های استقلال، موثر بودن و اعتماد رابطه معکوس معنا دار وجود دارد. نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که موانع خانوادگی از سقف شیشه ای قابلیت پیش بینی احساس توانمندی کارکنان را دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between glass ceiling with a sense of empowerment of Azad University Branch female employees.  The study conducted in correlational method. The study population consisted of all female employees at Azad University Branch, which includes 110 female individuals. Samples size based on Cochran formula were calculated 75 people, whom were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool for the empowerment of Spritzer (1995) and a questionnaire was made the glass ceiling. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient calculated 82.0, 84.0 in order. Analysis of data using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were conducted.  The results showed that there was relationship between glass ceiling with a sense of Empowerment and its components, independence, effectiveness and trust. There was a significant inverse relationship between the individual components of the glass ceiling and the competence of the sense of empowerment, Family barriers with a sense of empowerment and competence, cultural barriers and component of trust, social barriers with a sense of empowerment and its components independence, efficiency, effectiveness and trust. The results of regression indicated that family barriers were predictability of a sense of empowerment of employees.
