بررسی مقایسه اثر بخشی در مان ذهن‌آگاهی و تمرینات هوازی بر افزایش تا‌ب‌آوری زنان 40-20 سال شهر اصفهان1395

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مقایسه اثربخشی در مان ذهن آگاهی و تمرینات هوازی برافزایش تاب‌آوری زنان 40 -20 سال شهر اصفهان 1395بود. روش تحقیق از نوع نیمه آزمایشی (پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون)بوده، جامعه آماری زنان 40-20 سال شهر اصفهان بوده و روش نمونه‌گیری در  دسترس بوده است و تعداد نمونه 45 نفر (15 نفر گروه آزمایشی تمرینات هوازی و15نفرگروه آزمایشی ذهن آگاهی و 15 نفر گروه گواه) که پیش‌آزمون بر روی آن‌ها اجرا گردید و دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش 1 و 2 تحت آزمایش‌های گروهی قرارگرفتند و بعد از اتمام جلسات پس آزمون مجدد از 3 گروه گرفته شد، ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانرو دیویدسون( 2003) بوده است که دارای روایی و پایایی مناسب است، در نهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار20 spss تحلیل شد. داده‌ها در  دو سطح توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی LSD) تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر افزایش تاب آوری زنان تاثیر گذار است (p<0. 001)، آموزش تمرینات هوازی بر افزایش تاب آوری زنان تاثیر گذار است (p<0. 001)، وهم چنین یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که بین آموزش ذهن آگاهی وتمرینات هوازی بر تاب آوری زنان تفاوت معنا داری وجود دارد. بدین ترتیب که اثربخشی تمرینات هوازی برافزایش تاب آوری زنان بیشتر بود (p<0. 001).
