تاثیر لنگرهای شغلی بر بهره وری دبیران زن و مرد تربیت بدنی شهرستان تبریز

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر لنگرهای شغلی بر بهره وری دبیران زن و مرد   تربیت بدنی شهرستان تبریز بود. روش تحقیق برمبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و برمبنای روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی بوده و به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دبیران تربیت بدنی شهرستان تبریز (334 نفر) بود. نمونه تحقیق شامل ۱۷۹ نفر از کلیه دبیران تربیت بدنی شهرستان تبریز که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسش نامه های لنگرهای شغلی (ادگارشاین، 2006) و بهره وری (هرسی بلانچارد وگلدسمیت،1994)که پس از اعتباریابی بین آزمودنی ها توزیع شد. نتایج نشان داد شایستگی مدیریتی دبیران تربیت بدنی شهرستان تبریز بر     بهره وری آنان تاثیر مثبت معنی داری دارد.(۰۱/0P<). همچنین شایستگی فنی کارکردی، خودمختاری،امنیت،خلاقیت، خدمت،چالش های محض و سبک زندگی دبیران تربیت بدنی شهرستان تبریز بر بهره وری آنان تاثیری ندارد( ۰۵/0P>).
