کمال‌گرایی، عزت‌نفس و سبک‌های دلبستگی به‌عنوان پیش‌بین‌های احساس تنهایی در دانشجویان دختر خوابگاهی دانشگاه چمران اهواز

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش­بینی احساس تنهایی دانشجویان دختر خوابگاهی براساس کمال‌گرایی، عزت‌نفس و سبک‌های دلبستگی(دلبستگی ایمن، دلبستگی اجتنابی و دلبستگی دوسوگرا) پرداخته است. بدین منظور نمونه‌ای با حجم 200نفر از دانشجویان دختر خوابگاهی دانشگاه چمران اهواز با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسش­نامه­های کمال­گرایی اهواز، عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ، سبک­های دلبستگی هازان و شیور و احساس تنهایی راسل بود. داده­های جمع‌آوری‌ شده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته­های تحقیق بیان­گر آن است که عزت‌نفس (001/0 p<,49/0-r=) و سبک دلبستگی ایمن (001/0 p<27/0-r=) بااحساس تنهایی ارتباط منفی معنادار و کمال­گرایی (02/0 p<16/0r=)، دلبستگی اجتنابی (01/0p< 18/0r=) و دلبستگی مضطرب-دوسوگرا (001/0, p<20/0r=) بااحساس تنهایی ارتباط مثبت معنادار دارند. نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که اعتمادبه‌نفس و دلبستگی دوسوگرا، 28/0 درصد از کل واریانس احساس تنهایی دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی می‌کند و سهم اعتمادبه‌نفس از این میزان 49/0 می‌باشد. کمال‌گرایی، دلبستگی ایمن و دلبستگی اجتنابی قادر به پیش‌بینی معنادار احساس تنهایی دانشجویان نیستند. لذا می‌توان از طریق بهبود عزت‌نفس و سبک‌های دلبستگی و همچنین کمال‌گرایی احساس تنهایی فرد را کاهش داد.
